Neuaura Gear sells the products displayed on this website. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate checkout and delivery information. You must be able to lawfully make the purchase.

Product descriptions, compatibility details, prices, and availability may change. Please check the selected model, plug type, cable, and your device’s charging requirements before ordering. We may correct an error or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or its listing contains a material mistake. If you have already paid for a canceled order, we will refund that payment.

Your order total, including applicable shipping and taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; we will contact you if we cannot fulfill it.

Shipping methods and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Products fulfilled by different partners may arrive separately.

For a return, damaged item, incorrect item, or missing package, contact connect@neuauratech.com with your order number. Return and refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

Website text, images, and branding may not be reused without permission, except as allowed by law. Product and brand names belonging to other companies remain their respective owners’ property.
