Neuaura Gear Return and Refund Policy

Returns: You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include its original packaging and accessories. Email connect@neuauratech.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions and an approved return address before sending anything back.

Change of mind: For an approved return because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. We will cover return shipping if we ask you to send back an item we confirm was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after we issue the refund for your payment provider to post it.

Cancellations: Email us promptly if you need to cancel. We can cancel and refund an order before it enters fulfillment. Once it has shipped, the return process above applies.
